In what I believe to be a related problem: On my other machines, when I open Windows Explorer and size the window, the next time I open Explorer, it is the same size as the last time I closed it. Can that be done? Ie, can I say "make all subfolders of this folder look just like this folder, in terms of the 'view' layout"?

I don't know what they use to layout the KB articles, but MS Word would work fine as long as you hit Enter after an actual http hyperlink or edit the address correctly with Insert Hyperlink.
